    We stayed for 4 nights in a Superior Double Room with Garden and City Views. The ambiance was magical during our Christmas visit. The indoor and outdoor pool areas were fantastic and the carousel in the garden was a big hit with the kids! Can't forget about the electric boat ride on the lake, an lovely experience for the family!

    It is in marvellous and magnificent location to an excellent photography museum, set around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel. The staff is accommodating and excellent!

    I like very good hotel stuff, they gave a lot of attention to you and try to do the best during the time we spent there.

    I dont like that they block the money from my credit card more, than the price of room. Until today i dont have the money that they have to retern. It is not a good expierence to block the money in case off...

    the location is good,and quiet.the staff were so helpfull especially Kais. he is gentle and keen and honest.he told us and helped us in planning our tour in laussane during our two day stay.i think next time if we will come to laussane we will come to this hotel mainly because of his staff

    the room i booked is garden view ,but unfortunatly it was not .from the window i was just seeing buildings all around.but i have to admit that the lady on the reception when we check in was so helpful and patient, she showed us 5 different kinds of rooms to choose and finaly we got one but at a lower level i.e from the 5th floor to the 1st.another point there was no ketel or coffee making machine,tea,sugar or coffee in the room as we were expecting as it is the case in all the 5 and 4 star hotels we stayed in in other countries.

    We enjoyed our stay at the beau-rivage especially the breakfast and the breakfast venue.Enjoyed the lake view from our balcony.Our kids enjoyed feeding the birds.

    We were promised a change to a larger room at check in.We packed our bags ready for the switch which never took place due to miss management,they should not have made a promise that they could not keep.

    A magical stay by the lake

    The view from our Superior Double Room was nothing short of amazing. Each breakfast was a delight, especially the fresh pastries served with a smile from the staff.

    It felt a bit overcrowded at times.

    Everything was perfect during 2 days, appreciated its marvellous location short walk to the Old Town, easy directions, wonderful scenic stops, recommended wineries and fabulous restaurants and the Geneve lake.

    The location is stunning and unbeatable, relatively close to The Olympic Museum. The staff in general is absolutely amazing and amazing. The units are tidy, comfy with a lovely view, a balcony plus very comfortable beds.

    The view from our room was fine 🌅 The service was very good overall, but we did have some trouble with the power outlets. Still, a fantastic stay!
